Delivery Locations - In order to protect your security, Guitar Showcase can ship only to your verified billing address. This must be a valid street address - we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes., Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Mesa/Boogie products can only be shipped to an address in the 50 United States.
Turnaround Time - Monday through Friday, 24-hour turnaround, Sat/Sun orders go out on Monday.
Rates - Actual shipping cost plus insurance cost. Note: Some shipments may require a handling charge.
Insurance - Guitar Showcase insures our shipments for full replacement value. See below for information on damaged packages and filing claims.

Damaged Packages / Claims Process - If your package arrives with evident damage, report the damage immediately to your delivery person and contact Guitar Showcase as soon as possible. We will help you through the process of filing a claim with the shipping company, and make sure that you are reimbursed, as appropriate, as soon as possible.
